Once you make your payment, you will receive an onboarding form to fill out so I can get to know you better within 24 hours. You will tell me about you, your goals and current lifestyle so I can set your personalised targets.

It’s not imperative to join a gym, you can still achieve results from home workouts.
Workout options are 2/3/4 home or gym. These workouts aren’t personalised, however I make suggestions for swaps or substitutions.
If working out from home, some equipment (like adjustable) dumbbells would be advantageous -
All the workouts provided and have video demonstrations plus audio and written form advice.
Once a month there will be form check opportunities within the group where I review your videos and share pointers and feedback! -
The training plan will be delivered via the Fuel&Thrive Fitness App.
You can also use the app to track your progress, not only with your workouts but habits, measurements, weight, photos etc.
The app will connect to any fitness wearables you have too. -

Whether you travel frequently, work long hours, or have family commitments, you can adapt the training and nutrition guidance to your schedule.

I don’t give rigid meal plans as I will give you the education to build your own and learn to include foods that you enjoy as well as learning how to nourish your body.
If you are brand new to nutrition or tracking, you will have access to all the education on how to do this.

I have created a unique method called the Flexible Day Framework which I teach within the membership.
This means it is not necessary to track everything that you eat and offers more flexibility. Some tracking though will be required to ensure you are in the right ballpark.

For nearly a decade, I was trapped in the frustrating cycle of losing weight and regaining it again. I believed the only way to lose weight was to slash calories and do endless cardio. Of course, that never lasted.
I would just binge, feel guilty, and start over again.
I was exhausted, frustrated, and miserable. I knew there had to be a better way…
…and thankfully, I found it
Fast forward to today, and I’m in the best shape of my life, strong, confident, and free from the constant “food guilt” that used to control me.
That transformation inspired me to create Fuel & Thrive — a programme designed for women who’ve been where I was, who are done with quick fixes and ready to build a stronger body, a stronger mindset, and a sustainable way of living.
I know what it takes to break the cycle, because I’ve done it myself.
