Online coaching is a personalised, digitalis approach to health and fitness that empowers women to achieve their goals.
It offers flexibility as well as an all encompassing approach that in person training or dietician appointments do not. The level of accountability and support is much higher than in person sessions.
I have a holistic, compassionate approach and we focus not only on physical transformations but most importantly, mindset transformations.
The programme is designed to simplify fat loss and build confidence in yourself. I give you the education, guidance and tools you need to make long lasting changes and drastically improve your quality of life.

Once you apply, have been accepted and make payments you will receive an onboarding form to fill out so I can get to know you better. You will tell me about you, your goals and current lifestyle so I can find the programme to fit YOU.

The investment in coaching is $499 AUD every 4 weeks.

The initial programme commitment is 8 weeks. However, because this isn’t a FAD diet, I do suggest you consider staying on for at least 3 months so you are in a really good groove when it comes to reaching your goals. You will definitely see huge changes within this time!

It’s not imperative to join a gym, you can still achieve results from home workouts - I can definitely provide body weight workouts but some equipment would be advantageous

WHY WAIT? There will never be a good time. There will always be something on. The purpose of this programme is that it fits around your lifestyle and I give you the tools to navigate holidays, social events etc. And imagine how good you will feel if you start now?

The advantage of having a personalised programme is that we completely fit it to your lifestyle. We ensure that workouts, nutrition etc is mapped out to fit your schedule.

I don’t give rigid meal plans as I will give you the education to build your own and learn to include foods that you enjoy as well as learning how to nourish your body. I will review meal plans ahead of time to ensure you are tracking correctly and fuelling your body well (this is no good or bad foods, some food is good for your body and some food is good for your soul!) However, If you are brand new to nutrition or tracking, I will help you build some plans initially while you are learning! Also, the app will include heaps of recipes if you need inspo.

I have created unique methods so it is not necessary to track everything that you eat and offers more flexibility. Some tracking though will be required to ensure you are in the right ballpark.
