Fat loss advice was written for someone the average female height. I rebuilt it from the ground up for petite women - because that's the body I work with every day, and the body I live in.
Most fat loss advice assumes everyone has a similar deficit. And while the mechanics of fat loss work the same for everyone, most advice doesn’t take into account the challenges that come with dieting as a shorter woman who has lower calorie needs.
From one short girl to another: I'm a fat loss coach who works exclusively with women your size. Not because it's a marketing angle — but because it's the gap I kept seeing. I worked with a coach, got results, then went deep as a PT and nutrition coach and through my journey I found the same thing. There is not enough nuance when it comes to fat loss advice for shorter women. And NO ONE was talking about it.
So I started to. That's when I built The Short Woman Fat Loss Method - a five-pillar system that prioritises the things that actually shift the scale on a smaller frame: fuelling your body properly, body recomposition, daily movement, flexibility, and the right mindset.
I've coached hundreds of women under 5'4 through this method that teaches them not only how to lose weight, but how to maintain it as well.
