A dedicated and passionate online fitness coach that is passionate about delivering the tools, techniques, guidance and support to help you THRIVE and feel confident in your body.

For about a decade of my life, I was stuck in the cycle of losing weight and regaining it again. The only way I knew to lose weight was to slash my calories and smash the cardio! Of course, this wasn't a long-term fix so I would just binge and gain it all back again. 

I was miserable. I knew there must be a better way. And there was!  

​Fast forward to today and I feel in the best shape of my life! I knew I wanted to create a programme that would help others who had been in my position all those years ago, which is why I created Fuel and Thrive. 

​Fuel and Thrive isn't just another coaching programme where you track your calories everyday to get results - because that's not very lifestyle friendly is it? I created unique methods that will allow you to achieve your goal AND live your life! I’m not promising a fast track total transformation in 8 weeks. What I AM promising, is developing the habits, knowledge and tools to align your lifestyle with your goals and to build a body you love and ensure that this is the last diet ever.
