Because for years, the advice ‘eat less, move more’ was the reason I couldn’t stick to anything for long.
I was trying to stick to 1200 calories and smash cardio sessions daily because that’s what the sitting industry said to do.
Yet it didn’t work.
I constantly found myself ‘starting again on Monday’
Then I figured out… that advice works for the general population. But when you are shorter you have a smaller calorie budget and less room for error so there’s much more nuance that comes into play with fat loss.

Eat UP teaches you the WHY and HOW to make sustainable change. Within the method, beyond nutrition and movement we go deeper and look at the mindset and behaviour changes required to get long term results.
This isn’t a rigid plan, but fundamentals that you can adapt to any situation, so you can live your life and make progress.

Yes… and here's why it makes sense.
Eating UP doesn't mean eating without limits. You'll still be in a calorie deficit (that's non-negotiable for fat loss). What changes is how you get there.
Eating UP means building meals around protein and fibre, foods that take up more volume, keep you full for 3-4 hours, and quieten the food noise that drives overeating. You'll likely be eating more food than before, feeling more satisfied, and still in a deficit - just one that's actually sustainable

To get you started in the first week you will get meal options to choose from to build your own plan.
You will get also calorie targets for your meals and get sample meal plans that utilise the Flexible Day Framework which will be taught to you during the programme. We encourage you to eat things you enjoy! That’s why you also get access to the Fuelling Library with hundreds of recipes to choose from and using the Flexible Day Framework to eat food you love whilst smashing your goals -
The Eat UP method will actually SAVE you time. We all have to eat - this way means you set yourself up for the week ahead. A lot of the recipes require minimal prep.
With the trainings I would say you need roughly 1-2 hours per week -
